LEADS Next-Gen Centre Participates in NHRD Bangalore Thought Leadership Meet

The LEADS Next-Gen Centre at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences actively participated in the Thought Leadership Meet (TLM) organized by the NHRD Bangalore Chapter on thursday.

The event, held at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, focused on the theme “Getting Market Benchmarking Right: What Works, What Fails, What Matters.” It brought together HR leaders, academicians, and industry professionals to discuss evolving trends in human resource management.

Representing the LEADS Next-Gen Centre, Dr. Subhadeep Mukherjee, Centre Head, attended the session along with student member Kayomarz Pavri.
