Indian IT services giant Tata Consultancy Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korean technology company NAVER Corp to strengthen collaboration in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital transformation technologies.

The strategic partnership aims to combine TCS’ global delivery expertise with NAVER’s advanced technology capabilities and innovation-driven approach to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

As part of the collaboration, the two companies will establish an Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) in India to support NAVER’s ongoing transformation programs. The partnership will also leverage TCS’ extensive experience in AI-led services and its global delivery model to drive innovation and improve efficiency in digital operations.
