Param Dairy Goes Live with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Acxiom Consulting Leads Implementation

Delhi: Param Dairy Limited has successfully gone live with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, completing a five-month digital transformation journey aimed at modernizing its end-to-end dairy supply chain operations. The SAP implementation was delivered by Acxiom Consulting.

The milestone marks a significant step toward building a more integrated, data-driven, and agile operational ecosystem. The project focused on digitizing the entire dairy value chain—from milk procurement at rural Milk Collection Centers (MCCs) to final processing and dispatch—ensuring efficiency, traceability, and quality control at every stage.

A major highlight of the transformation was the detailed mapping of supply chain processes, including quality testing parameters such as FAT, SNF, and CLR, as well as cold chain management through Bulk Milk Cooling Units (BMCs). These enhancements are expected to strengthen operational visibility and product quality assurance.

The project also involved integration of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud with external platforms such as Everest, enabling seamless cross-functional workflows and improved system interoperability.

Industry observers note that cloud ERP adoption is rapidly gaining momentum across sectors like dairy and FMCG, where real-time data, supply chain transparency, and operational agility are critical to sustaining growth and competitiveness.

The successful go-live was driven by strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration. Senior professionals including Abbas, Debabrath Das, Sanjay Sadhuka, and Mithun Das provided strategic guidance, while project managers Ajay Yati and Shishir Srivastava ensured smooth execution of the complex implementation.

Mentorship from Mohammad Sohel Malek and the dedicated efforts of the core team—Subham Singh, Kapil Awaghane, Aman Kumar, Yash Sharma, Maaz Ahmad, Mahvish Zahra, and Mrityunjay Nayak—played a crucial role in delivering the project. Additional support from Jyoti and Vikash Chaurasiya further contributed to the successful outcome.
